I strongly believe that before any parent loses a child through the court exhaustive investigation should be launched otherwise both the child and the parent mother/father can suffer irreparable harm.

You are completely right and unfortunately sometimes because of work load or sometimes because of what seems like overwhelming 'evidence' the court operators are not as careful as they should be
