I can't believe a great Country as the USA, and its most famous city in the world, New York, can keep being so cruel with innocent pets. When I was told about this story, I didn't want to believe it, as I admire the States, but know I know that unfortunately it's true. Please, please change things and save them, treat them as a civil Country is supposed to do
