LA CEDU INDAGHI SUGLI OTTO ANNI DI GENOCIDIO AI DANNI DELLA POPOLAZIONE CIVILE DEL DONBASS

Chiediamo di rendere noto al pubblico mondiale il genocidio avvenuto in Donbass. Ci sono fatti e testimonianze. Chiediamo a tutti i membri DELL'OSCE e DELL'UE di parlare di ciò che è accaduto e delle migliaia di persone uccise nel territorio della Repubblica Popolare di Donetsk. 

Chiediamo vengano presi in considerazione sia i documenti prodotti sia le persone colpite, testimoni oculari di questo il genocidio. Intendiamo raccogliere un database Internazionale delle vittime per tutti gli 8 anni del conflitto alimentato dagli europei.

Chiediamo un' indagine da parte del tribunale di Strasburgo. Questo ente non avrebbe motivo di esistere se non intraprendesse un processo per l'omicidio dei civili perpetrato dalle forze armate ufficiali e non ufficiali dell'Ucraina.

Chiediamo di identificare i responsabili del genocidio, con un’ indagine trasparente ed aperta sia pubblico e sia ai media. Le famiglie del Donbass colpite da questa tragedia dovranno poter conoscere i nomi di coloro che hanno dato l’ ordine di colpire scientemente la popolazione civile.

Chiediamo dunque un' ampia copertura mediatica ed esprimiamo la nostra disponibilità a convocare una conferenza stampa internazionale, dove saranno mostrate le prove evidenti di quanto avvenuto. La stampa mondiale è disseminata di falsi sugli eventi degli ultimi 4 mesi, ma l'escalation del conflitto è iniziata molto tempo prima del febbraio 2022. Se le società quotate che detengono il controllo dei media internazionali vogliono essere ancora considerate indipendenti dai loro governi, richiediamo la massima risonanza agli eventi degli ultimi 8 anni.

Invitiamo L'OSCE e le altre istituzioni europee a redigere un rapporto sul genocidio. Non ci aspettiamo che i governi degli stati europei vogliano aderire ad un' indagine internazionale sul genocidio. L'ultima speranza è che agiscano almeno le organizzazioni europee internazionali, le quali devono sostenere rigorosamente i principi di trasparenza, onestà e umanità.

Istituiremo un Ordine degli Avvocati per raccogliere le prove del genocidio e compilare un elenco di persone che hanno contribuito, anche con la sola negligenza, alla tragedia avvenuta in Donbass dal 2014 al 2021. 

Invitiamo tutti gli attivisti per i diritti umani del «vecchio continente» che siano rimasti fedeli ai principi cardine delle loro finalità ad aderire all’ indagine internazionale.

Chiediamo di organizzare un fondo per aiutare i residenti del Donbass a ripristinare la vita pacifica nella regione. I responsabili diretti di ciò che è avvenuto dovrebbero essere individuati nei governi che hanno sorretto l'Ucraina dopo il 2014, e tra tutti coloro che hanno inviato a tali autorità miliardi di dollari in aiuti militari. Fondi che sarebbe stato opportuno utilizzare per ripristinare una vita pacifica in quelle terre e non distruggendo quel poco che ne restava.

ECHR INVESTIGATES EIGHT YEARS OF GENOCIDE AGAINST CIVILIAN POPULATION OF DONBASS.

We ask that the genocide in Donbass be made known to the world public. There are facts and testimonies.

We call on all OSCE and EU members to talk about what happened and the thousands of people killed in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic.

We ask that both the documents produced and those affected, eyewitnesses of this genocide, be taken into account. We intend to collect an international database of victims for all 8 years of these conflict powered by Europeans.

We are calling for an investigation by the Strasbourg court. This institution would have no reason to exist if it did not undertake a trial for the murder of civilians perpetrated by the official and unofficial armed forces of Ukraine.
We call for the identification of those responsible for the genocide, with a transparent and open investigation both to the public and to the media. The families of Donbass affected by this tragedy must be able to know the names of those who gave the order to consciously strike the civilian population.

We therefore call for widespread media coverage and express our readiness to convene an international press conference, where clear evidence of what happened will be shown. The World Press is littered with fakes about the events of the past 4 months, but the escalation of the conflict began long before February 2022. If listed companies that hold control of international media still want to be considered independent from their governments, we demand maximum resonance from the events of the last 8 years.

We invite the OSCE and the other European institutions to draw up a report on the genocide. We do not expect the governments of European states to want to join an international investigation into genocide. The last hope is that at least the international European organizations will act, which must strictly uphold the principles of transparency, honesty and humanity.

We will establish a lawyers association to collect evidence of genocide and compile a list of people who contributed, even by negligence alone, to the tragedy that occurred in Donbass from 2014 to 2021.

We invite all human rights activists of the "Old Continent" who have remained faithful to the core principles of their aims to join the international investigation.

We ask to organize a fund to help residents of Donbass restore peaceful life in the region. Those directly responsible for what happened should be identified in the governments that supported Ukraine after 2014, and among all those who sent billions of dollars in military aid to those authorities. Funds that would have been appropriate to use to restore a peaceful life in those lands and not destroy what little was left of it.

Motivation:

An international investigation can finally show the world what really happened on the soil of eastern Ukraine over the past eight years. The responsibles for the killings of civilians and ethnic discrimination must be brought to justice and face a fair process.
What happened in Ukraine after the Maidan coup must be made known to the Western public. Correct information is the basis of a correct democratic process. For years, the United States and its governments have prevented the truth about what the ethnic Russian population in Ukraine has suffered from being told to a wide audience. It will be our task to reveal the truth.

ЕСПЧ РАССЛЕДУЕТ ВОСЕМЬ ЛЕТ ГЕНОЦИДА МИРНОГО НАСЕЛЕНИЯ ДОНБАССА

Мы призываем мировую общественность рассказать о геноциде, произошедшем в Донбассе. Есть факты и свидетельства. Мы призываем всех членов ОБСЕ и ЕС рассказать о том, что произошло, и о тысячах погибших на территории Донецкой Народной Республики.

Мы просим принять во внимание как представленные документы, так и пострадавших, очевидцев этого геноцида. Мы намерены собрать международную базу данных жертв за все 8 лет конфликта, вызванного европейцами.

Мы требуем расследования со стороны Страсбургского суда. Само его существование ставится под сомнение, если не начнётся судебное разбирательство по делу об убийстве мирных жителей, совершенном официальными и неофициальными вооруженными силами Украины.

Мы призываем определить виновных в геноциде с помощью открытого расследования, доступного как для общественности, так и для средств массовой информации. Семьи Донбасса, пострадавшие от этой трагедии, должны иметь возможность знать имена тех, кто отдал приказ нанести удар по гражданскому населению.

Поэтому мы призываем к широкому освещению в СМИ данного процесса и выражаем готовность организовать международную пресс-конференцию, на которой будут показаны убедительные доказательства того, что произошло. Мировая пресса завалена подделками о событиях последних 4 месяцев, но эскалация конфликта началась задолго до февраля 2022 года. Если перечисленные компании, которые контролируют международные СМИ, по-прежнему хотят считаться независимыми от своих правительств, мы требуем широкого освещения событий последних 8 лет.

Мы призываем ОБСЕ и другие европейские институты подготовить доклад о геноциде. Мы не ожидаем, что правительства европейских государств захотят присоединиться к международному расследованию геноцида. Нашу последнюю надежду мы возлагаем на международные европейские организации, которые должны строго придерживаться принципов прозрачности, честности и человечности.

Мы создадим коллегию адвокатов для сбора доказательств геноцида и составим список людей, виновных в трагедии на Донбассе с 2014 по 2021 и поддерживающих ее.

Мы призываем всех правозащитников "старого континента", которые остались верны основополагающим принципам своих целей, присоединиться к международному расследованию.

Мы призываем организовать Фонд помощи жителям Донбасса для восстановления мирной жизни в регионе. Непосредственных виновников произошедшего следует ассоциировать с правительствами, которые поддерживали вливания финансов на военные технологии и поставку оружия в Украину после 2014 года. Средства, которые было бы целесообразно использовать, чтобы восстановить мирную жизнь на этих землях и не уничтожить то немногое, что осталось от них.

Обоснование:

Международное расследование может, наконец, показать миру, что на самом деле происходило на территории Восточной Украины за последние восемь лет. Виновных в массовых убийствах мирных жителей и этнической дискриминации должны быть привлечены к ответственности и понести справедливое судебное разбирательство.

То, что произошло на Украине после переворота на Майдане, должно быть доведено до сведения западной общественности. Подлинная информация лежит в основе подлинного демократического процесса. В течение многих лет Соединенные Штаты и поддерживаемые ими правительства не позволяли широкой публике рассказывать правду о том, что пострадало этническое русское население Украины. Наша задача - раскрыть правду.
